The Enlightenment Intensive is a workshop created for regular folks to learn to look within: no experience required.

Not to imply that looking within isn’t difficult — it certainly is and many of us go our entire lives without asking life’s great questions: Who am I? What am I? What is Life? What is Love?

Please join me for our next introductory workshop in Okotoks, just south of Calgary. Participants will practice contemplating alone and in pairs, or dyads. This workshop is open to absolute beginners, but experienced meditators will also benefit from learning this simple and powerful technique.
